The Beginners group will continue throughout 2019 on every Monday and Wednesday Including all levels session on Friday at kl 17.00.
Sparring is there for you once you are ready, have the full equipment and registered with the club.

Our training location within the spacious Aktiv 365 gym in Paradis. It’s a 2 minute walk for the Bybane stop and free parking outside.
You don't have to fight or compete to train with us. Boxing is a great training. A One hour session 2 - 3 times a week will make big chances to your life.
