The Beginners group will continue throughout 2019 on every Tuesday and Thursday Including all levels session on Friday at kl 17.00. Sparring once you are ready.

Our training location within the spacious Aktiv 365 gym in Paradis. It’s a 2 minute walk for the Bybane stop and free parking outside.

You don't have to fight or compete to train with us. Boxing is a great training. A One hour session 2 - 3 times a week will make big chances to your life.

These workshops are always free try outs and club prices will be given to you after your first session. Bring with you bring a Bottle of Water and a Towel.  For Equipment sales we have a Online Shop, Boxing Utstyr..
